Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions.

The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.

​

Prices quoted are current at time of booking, inclusive of GST and firm upon full payment for the specified time and duration.

Deposit

​

A deposit of one night of accommodation is payable at the time of booking for stays of 1-2 nights.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking for stays of 3 or more nights.

The balance of accommodation fees is payable upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

​

Bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded less one nights' accommodation.

​

Where bookings are cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, an amount equalling 25% of the total accommodation quoted above will be retained (or one night's accommodation whichever is greater). Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply. Customers may hold credit on their client account for up to 12 months.

The same cancellation requirements as indicated above apply to Group bookings (two or more on-site accommodation), however 30 days' notice must be given in this case.

​

No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived. This includes shortening your stay due to inclement weather.

​

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.

​

If the Gladstone Area Water Board decides to close the Lake at any time, but the caravan park is still open for operation, cancellation fees as stated above will apply.

 

 

 

Peak Period Terms & Conditions  (Queensland School Holidays )

All bookings are to be pre-paid in accordance with the below schedule;

•           First night, non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking

•           Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival (if not received, reservation would be cancelled and all deposits forfeited).

*Reservations held between the 15th of December and the 31st January inclusive will require prepayment. Reservations held between these dates can be cancelled or amended up until the 1st October. After the 1st October all reservations are non-refundable and cannot be amended or cancelled.

*For reservations held over the Easter Holidays (Good Friday to Easter Monday) inclusive; changes can be made to reservations until 30 days prior, where by full non-refundable prepayment of accommodation is required. Failure to receive prepayment 30 days prior may result in the reservation being cancelled. Reservations booked post 30 days will require full non-refundable prepayment at the time of booking, changes cannot be made.
